The Hyatt Regency, Toronto has set aside a block of rooms for workshop attendees at a special rate. The room cost per single/double room is $169 CAD for the nights of April 27th - 28th.

A note getting a room: To insure that everyone travelling outside of Toronto will be able to stay that Hyatt Regency we reserved a block of rooms. By doing so we qualified for the group rate shown above. All you need to do to get that discount is follow the instructions below.

The group rate expires on April 7th. Remaining un-used rooms in our block will be released to other travelers. There is the possibility that you won’t get a room at the Hyatt if you don’t make a reservation by the deadline.

We know that some of you waiting to register for the workshop for various reasons.  We strongly recommend that you reserve the number of rooms you’ll think you may need. You can cancel un-needed rooms without penalty within 24 hours of check-in.

TO MAKE RESERVATIONS:

• Call the Hyatt Regency in Toronto at 1-877-806-0006 or 416-343-1234 (Direct - ask for reservations)
  • Be sure to use Group/Corporate # "G-ELEC" for special pricing
  • If you are going to reserve a room for the nights of the nights of the 27th and the 28th only, you can do so online at Hyatt Regency, Toronto.  If you require a room for additional nights, please call the hotel directly.
