Electronics Inc. is sponsoring the 2010 Canadian Shot Peening Workshop with Exhibitors.  Exhibitor tables displaying products for the shot peening and blast cleaning industry will be available to all workshop attendees.

EXHIBITORS

You are invited to display your company products and/or services in the main classroom.  As an exhibitor you'll have access to attendees that are engineers, machine operators, artisans, quality control personnel, etc, in the shot peening and blast cleaning industry.  Then there's also the added benifit of networking with other exhibitors.

ACCOMODATIONS:

• 10' x 5' booth area (approx)
• 6' table and chair
• Electrical connection
• Lunch on workshop days
• One (1) booth attendent per booth (additional booth attendants are $200 each)

COST:

• $800 / booth

EXHIBIT HOURS:

• Setup is on Wednesday April 28 6:30am - 7:30am
• Exhibits open on April 28 and 29 (During normal hours of the workshop)
  Most traffic will be during breaks and lunches and we appreciate quiet during lectures.
• Break-down is April 29, (after exams)

LOCATION:

• Hyatt Regency in downtown Toronto, Canada

• Exhibit tables will be set up at the back of the main classroom area.

REGISTRATION:

Use the link below to open our new on-line registration form.  This new registration page is preferred method of registering as it will make the registration process efficient and accurate.  The registration page handles all of the locations for our workshops that are currently open for enrolment, so please be sure to select the desired workshop on the opening page.  This page also handles student registrations, so make sure to select the exhibitor button.

REGISTER FOR A SHOT PEENING WORKSHOP

Important Instructions:

After entering the registration information you will be asked to verify your registration(s) and to specify a payment option.  Upon verification your registration information is transmitted to EI's Education Division for processing however, the registration is not complete until payment is received.  Payment options include: credit card via fax, company check, and wire transfer.

After selecting a payment option follow the instructions to send your payment into Electronics Incorporated.  Credit cards are processed manually within one business day by office staff so exchange rates for foreign currencies may vary.

If required, credit card payment by phone is available - To do so, please use the Credit Card by Fax option and write "Call for card info" on the form along with a phone number and an available time for us to call.  Then fax the form into Electronics Incorporated and a representative will call you to obtain the credit card information.
