European Shot Peening & Blast Cleaning Workshop April 15 - 16, 2008 Sinsheim, Germany

General Information:

Registration/Enrollment: Course enrollment is limited.Group discounts are available as indicated below and on the Registration Form.


Advance registration is required to insure that adequate educational supplies, lunches and refreshments are available. If you can not register in advance, please email us or Call Us and let us know you're coming.

Workshop Fee:
500 EUR (1 attendee/company)
450 EUR(2-3 or more attendees/company)
400 EUR (4 or more attendees/company)
Fee includes: Workbook, break refreshments and lunch and Certificate of Attendance. It does not include transportation, lodging, dinner meals or entertainment. Proceedings are not published.

Refunds and Cancellations: If you cancel your registration, you will be charged a 40 EUR administrative fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and received at least seven (7) working days prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations made after March 28, 2008 or workshop "no shows" will be liable for the full fee. Enrollment substitutions may be made at any time.

Attire: Casual attire is acceptable.

Language: The workshop will be conducted in English. A translator will be available to answer questions and a concentrated review in German will be provided for certification exam preparation.

Arrival & Location:  The workshop and trade show will be held at the Hotel Sinsheim.


Check-in will take place Tuesday, April 15, from 7:30 am- 8:15 am. Upon check-in you will be issued an ID which will be required for entrance to classes, breakfasts, lunches and breaks. Your classroom materials will be given to you at this time along with classroom location and schedule information.

Shot Peening Exam: Optional Flapper Peening test and Level 1, 2, or 3, Shot Peening Exams for qualified students will be given at the end of the workshop, April 16. Cost of the exam is $100 EUR . More exam information.

Note: You should register for only ONE examination since the time allowed is usually not sufficient to take two exams at one workshop. You can take successive levels of exams at any EI workshop (US, Europe, Asia, Canada or other regional workshops) or contact us for on-site training in your facilities.

 

Hotel Information:

The workshop will be held at Hotel Sinsheim. The hotel is between Heilbronn and Heidelberg – only a few minutes from the A6.

Hotel Sinsheim, has set aside a block of rooms for workshop attendees. The special room rate of 85 EUR/Single, 100 EUR/Double per night, includes breakfast.
