Advance registration is required to insure that adequate educational supplies, meals and refreshments are available. If you can not register in advance, please email us or call us and let us know you're coming.

Fee Includes: Notebook, program materials, breakfast, break refreshments and lunches. Transportation, lodging, and other meals NOT included.
A Certificate of Attendance is presented to each registrant. Proceedings are not published.

Attire: Casual attire is acceptable.

Refunds and Cancellations: If you cancel your registration, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and received at least seven (7) working days prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations made after October 21, 2005 or workshop "no shows" will be liable for the full fee. Enrollment substitutions may be made at any time. Please contact Pam at 574-256-5001.

Arrival: Check-in will take place from 1:00 - 5:00pm on Monday, October 31 at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel Grand Ballroom Foyer. Upon check-in you will be issued a photo ID which will be required for entrance to classes, breakfasts, lunches and breaks.

Your classroom materials will be given to you at this time along with classroom location and schedule information.

Shot Peening Exam: Optional Level I, II and III Exams for qualified students will be given in the morning on Friday, November 4. Cost of the exam is $100.00) . The Flapper Peening Certification and Examination will be given on Thursday afternoon. More exam information.

Note: You should register for only ONE examination since the time allowed is usually not sufficient to take two exams at one workshop. You can take successive levels of exams at any EI workshop (US, Europe, or other regional workshops) or contact us for on-site training in your facilities.

Please contact us for more information about "Train-the-Trainer" programs if you want to perform your own in-house training. This is a 3-day intensive training program conducted at Electronics Inc and includes presentation materials that you can use in your facility. Upgrades to the materials are available on a subscription basis.

The 2005 workshop will be held at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth, located directly across from Sundance Square. The single/double cost per night is $139 USD. The hotel has set aside a block of rooms for workshop attendees. Due to class schedules it is very important that you register at the Renaissance Worthington. Make your hotel reservations early to get into the Shot Peening Workshop rooms.
