2003 Shot Peening / Blast Cleaning Workshop

General Information:
Enrollment: Course enrollment is limited. Please register now. Group discounts are available as indicated on the Registration Form.
Workshop Fee Covers: Notebook, program materials, breakfasts, break refreshments and lunches. Transportation, lodging, and other meals NOT included. A Certificate of Attendance is presented to each registrant. Proceedings are not published.
FAA and JAA: Special fee arrangements will be made for FAA and JAA employees. Call for information. 574 256-5001, or 1-800 832-5653.
Attire: Casual attire is acceptable. Maximun and minimum average temperatures for October are 88.1F (30.9C) and 60.8F (15.8C). Humidity is low so the temperature often feels a few degrees cooler than it is.
Refunds and Cancellations: If you cancel your registration, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and received at least seven (7) working days prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations made after October 17, 2003 or workshop "no shows" will be liable for the full fee. Enrollment substitutions may be made at any time.
Arival: Please plan to arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 5 p.m. Monday, October 27, to get your class materials. Allow luggage space for a large 3-ring binder and miscellaneous reference materials.

Shot Peening Exam: Optional Level I, II and III Exams for qualified students will be given in the morning on Friday, October 31. Cost of the exam is $100.00) . More exam information.
Hotel Information:
The 2003 workshop will be held at the Chaparral Suites in Scottsdale, AZ. Workshop fee does not include cost of hotel. Please make your own hotel reservations. For more information on the hotel click here.
