Electronics Inc is now able to offer product training to qualified OEM's at our new facilities on Magnetic Drive in Mishawaka. Personnel involved with installation, configuration, specification or maintenance of MagnaValves can receive specialized training in the operation, set-up, calibration and trouble-shooting of all types of MagnaValves and Controls.

Training includes calibrating MagnaValves on our small test stand for air blast valves. The test panel will perform one minute catch and weigh tests to calibrate the valve maximum flow capability and linearity. It will also establish the maximum air pressure differential capability.

The large test stand, with a 2,000 pound capacity shot hopper, is used to calibrate the MagnaValves used in wheelblast applications (vlp, lp, 250, 500, etc.). The lower shot hopper is suspended by load cells connected to an electronic digital display. The test panel (shown below) has an integral one-minute timer and shot flow controllers, either the model FC or FC-24 may be selected.

The training program takes two days and includes theory and practice with hands-on experience. There is no fee for this training but pre-registration is required. You are responsible for your own transportation, lodging and meals. Call for registration and assistance in lodging.
