- Description of Product
The VD4AA Power Pak Adaptor was used to control model 25, 50, and 100
MagnaValves. It could also be used for model LP and VLP MagnaValves.
It had an intergral 48Vac transformer for valve power. It used a remote
potentiometer, VD4-pot, to set the flow rate. This product was designed
as a replacement for the VD4A Power Pak by adding a socket to allow
use of the model 102 Power Pak module .

- This product can be repaired at the factory. Please call for
a returned goods RG number along with a description of the product,
its model number and serial number. Please include description
of symptoms or name and phone number of technical contact person
in case we need additonal information for the repair. Cost for
out of waranty repairs are always sent to you for approval prior
to repair.

- What else is involved-
The MC control can be used to replace the VD4AA power pak if
you can cut a DIN size hole in the control panel door. The MC
control has a 48Vac transformer built-in, same as the VD4A power
pak. You wont need the remote VD4-pot since the MC control has
its own set point pot. However you could continue to use the
VD4 pot as a remote set point command if you wish.

The next generation valves and controls use 24Vdc power and
are more reliable and lower cost.
