- Description of Product
The VD4A Power Pak was used to control model 25, 50, and 100 MagnaValves.
It could also be used for model LP and VLP MagnaValves. It had an intergral
48Vac transformer for valve power. It used a remote potentiometer, VD4-pot,
to set the flow rate. It was later upgraded to use the 102 Power Pak
by using an adaptor chassis model VD4AA.

- This product can be repaired at the factory. Please call for
a returned goods RG number along with a description of the product,
its model number and serial number. Please include description
of symptoms or name and phone number of technical contact person
in case we need additonal information for the repair. Cost for
out of waranty repairs are always sent to you for approval prior
to repair.

- What else is involved-
This is a direct replacement combination for the VD4A. The 102
Power Pak plugs into a socket on top of the chassis. The chassis
includes a 48Vac transformer. You can still use the original
VD4-pot for setting the flow rate.
- model MC control
- What else is involved-
The MC control can be used to replace the VD4A power pak if
you can cut a DIN size hole in the control panel door. The MC
control has a 48Vac transformer within, same as the VD4A power
pak. You wont need the remote VD4-pot since the MC control has
its own set point pot.

The next generation valves and controls use 24Vdc power and
are more reliable and lower cost.
