- Description of Product
The 1579C MagnaValve has a flow range of 10-100 pounds/minute. This
valve is often used with 1/4" to 3/4" nozzles in direct pressure, suction
type or gravity-suction peening machines with larger sizes of shot.
The pulse rate is can range from the standard 8 Hertz up to 15 Hertz
and is set at the FC control.

- This product can be repaired at the factory if the valve driver
moduleor preamp is defective. If the flow sensor is defective
it cannot be repaired. Please call for a returned goods RG number
along with a description of the product, its model number and
serial number. Please include description of symptoms or name
and phone number of technical contact person in case we need
additonal information for the repair. Cost for out of waranty
repairs are always sent to you for approval prior to repair.

Physical size of this next generation valve is approximately
the same but you must also use the next generation FC-24 controller
to be compatible with the 24Vdc power supply.

The 579-24 MagnaValve is lower cost with 2% of full scale accuracy
and range of 10-100 pounds/minute. It has diagnostic LED's to
help in installation and maintenance. Pulse rate of 15 Hertz
is set at the MagnaValve by the factory. Valve is pre-calibrated
to your requirements of shot type and size.
