Model 101 Power Pak

- Description of Product
The 101 Power Pak was used with an external 48Vac transformer to control
model 25, 50 and 100 MagnaValves. It was door-mounted using the bushing
of the control potentiometer. This mounting style was not reliable and
the product was replaced with the model 102 Power Pak which was mounted
on the sub-plate. The control potentiometer, model VD4-Pot, was then
door mounted.

- This product can be repaired at the factory unless the prolem
is with the control potentiometer which is no longer available.
Please call for a returned goods RG number along with a description
of the product, its model number and serial number. Please include
description of symptoms or name and phone number of technical
contact person in case we need additonal information for the
repair. Cost for out of waranty repairs are always sent to you
for approval prior to repair.

Mount the new potentiometer in the panel door and mount the
102 Power Pak on the sub-plate.

- What else is involved-
This upgrade requires a DIN size hole in the panel door. The
MC control has a 48Vac transformer within, therefore you don't
need to save the external transformer used with the 101 Power
Pak.

- model Pot-24
- Improved performance -
The next generation products use 24Vdc power and are preferred
for new applications. Note: the 24Vdc controls will only work
with the 24Vdc MagnaValves.
